Terms of Service

CallStreak is an entertainment and prediction game. Users predict whether a stock ticker will move up or down by a target date and earn a public win-rate, streak, and score based on outcomes. CallStreak is not a brokerage, exchange, investment adviser, or financial institution, and does not execute, facilitate, or record any real securities transaction.

Nothing on CallStreak — including ticker data, user calls, comments, leaderboards, or scores — constitutes investment, financial, trading, tax, or legal advice. Past performance within the game does not indicate future results, in the game or in real markets. Consult a licensed professional before making real investment decisions.

CallStreak uses real historical and current market data throughout — there is no synthetic or simulated price path. Displayed “live” prices, where shown, are best-effort quotes from a public data source and may be delayed, inaccurate, or unavailable, and are shown for entertainment/reference only. A call resolves once its target date genuinely arrives on the real calendar and a real closing price is available, not before.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account or make a purchase.

You’re responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violating these Terms.

You retain ownership of comments and other content you post, but grant CallStreak a license to display it on the Service. You’re solely responsible for your content. We may remove content or suspend accounts for content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise violates these Terms, at our discretion.

Credits are a virtual, non-transferable feature of the Service used only to unlock certain calls within CallStreak. Credits have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for money, and are non-refundable except where required by law. Purchases are processed by Stripe; CallStreak does not store your payment card details. Credits are not a security, currency, gift card, or investment.

This feature is currently disabled on the Service while this section undergoes further legal review.

Ticker symbols, company names, and logos referenced on CallStreak are trademarks of their respective owners. CallStreak is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any company whose ticker appears on the Service.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including uninterrupted availability or accuracy of any data shown.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CallStreak and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including any real-world financial decisions made in reliance on it.

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
